Public Service
- It is estimated that more than two-thirds of all undergraduate
students participate in public service at some time during their
studies at Harvard. The Harvard Public Service
Network serves as an umbrella organization linking together
community groups that aid children, immigrants, the elderly, homeless,
disabled, and other populations. The most prominent of these groups,
Phillips Brooks House
Association, coordinates Harvard students, faculty, and staff in
more than 70 social service programs.
